Planning a wedding is tedious and despite those blogs that say otherwise, planning a wedding is not something you have to know how to do. I will be with you every step of the way to help you have a stress-free experience! I will be your right-hand women for the next year. My goal is to handle all the details so you can enjoy those special moments with family and friends and have peace of mind throughout the whole process. This package services begins at the time of signing the contract with your retainer.

  • 1 hour weekly phone appointments plus unlimited communication through email, text and phone. I am always here for you!

  • Budget management and contract negotiations with vendors (Let me help you save money!)

  • Curate a design/theme & provide styling for the ceremony & reception 

  • Assistance with décor set up and breakdown

  • Venue search with quotes

  • 2 hour venue walkthrough with event layout and floorplans together

  • Vendor referral and assistance with booking furniture props, bar, catering, cake/dessert station, officiant, music/entertainment, florist, hair/makeup, stationary, photobooth, dress/tux, alterations, photographer/ videography, etc... 

  • Managing the creation of a seating chart and the placement of name cards

  • Design help with stationary (Invites, Save the Date)

  • Hotel group block for sleeping arrangements and shuttle service

  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal and reception timeline

  • Organize bridal/groom party for processional

  • Attendance at vendor meetings

  • Wedding day of timeline created and dispersed to all vendors

  • Detailed vendor schedule timeline for drop off/pick up

  • Oversee packing up of cards/gifts for transportation

  • Initial 2 hour meeting in person or over phone

  • 1 venue walkthrough 

  • 1 hour weekly phone appointments

  • Unlimited contact through email/text 

  • Assistance for décor set up and breakdown 

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

  • Reception timeline created

  • Day of coordinator for 10 hours

  • Management of vendor/supplier load in/load out timeline

  • Vendor contracts (reviewed & re-confirmed)

  • Vendor communication taken over on the couple’s behalf

  • Organize bridal/groom party for processional

  • Wedding timeline created and dispersed to all vendors

  • Initial 1 hour meeting to go over your style, vision and budget 

  • 1 hour weekly phone appointments plus unlimited communication through email, text and phone. I am always here for you!

  • Budget management with vendors

  • Design and décor help

  • Assistance for décor set up and breakdown 

  • 1 hour venue walkthrough with event layout and floorplans together

  • Vendor referrals for you to book: furniture props, bar, catering, cake/dessert station, officiant, music/entertainment, florist, hair/makeup, stationary, photobooth, dress/tux, alterations, photographer/ videography, etc... 

  • Hotel group block for sleeping arrangements

  • 1 venue walkthrough

Décor Set Up 

This package offers décor set up and styling for your wedding. Many couples book their weddings at local venues that provide a day of coordinator, but they do not cover your personal décor setup and styling. If your venue is at an Airbnb or at a friends property, no need to put your trust in Aunt Becky to set guest tables! Enjoy your morning with family and mimosas while I set up. If you don't need a day of coordinator to direct your day, this is the package for you!

​Pre Wedding

  • We'll have two in person design meetings to help curate a design/atmosphere/color scheme

  • I will help you create a mood board to help you visualize your weddings, its colors and atmosphere. We can share with friends and family

  • One 1 hour venue walk through to go over the floor plan and a map layout together

Vendor Recommendations 

  • Make vendor referrals to get you connected with companies that will best fit your vision

  • Review your aesthetic related vendors (linens, stationary, flowers) contracts to organize a successful design

  • Confirming all set up details with vendors before the wedding day

Wedding Day Set Up

  • Up to 6 hours consecutive for day of set up 

  • Décor setup and styling of ceremony and reception site, including any personal décor such as favors or guestbook 

  • Assisting any vendors in set up of their stations 

  • Coordinate with photographer for detail shots and assist florist in placing the florals

    $700 + Wa Tax

Private Events

Whether it's a baby shower, birthday or grad party, you can focus on your precious moments while I take care of the rest! From house celebrations to venue events, let me handle all the details while you get to enjoy your time with friends!

  • 1 Hour initial meeting to go over logistics

  • Unlimited communication through email/text

  • Set up and breakdown of party décor

  • Vendor referral for catering, flowers, linens, tables/chairs if needed

  • Vendor communication for contracts if needed

  • Assist vendors in set up (food, bar/beverage, dessert station, linens, flowers) – If this is a house celebration, I can accommodate setting up the event myself. This would include party décor, flowers, linens, buffet line, bar area, guest tables, dessert station, sign in table, cards/gifts)

  • Venue search if needed

  • Interacting with guests to insure a smooth event

  • Clearing service for food/beverages

  • Up to 9 hours the day of the event

   30 Guests and Under $600 + Wa Tax

   50 Guests and Under $800 + Wa Tax
