From the moment you book, we manage the full planning journey: budget guidance, timelines, vendor communication, and project organization. Your design is fully custom, beginning with a cohesive concept and mood board and extending through florals, décor, tablescape elements, stationery, and all the signature moments that shape your guest experience.

​We assist with venue selection, conduct walkthroughs, create thoughtful floor plans, and curate a vendor team aligned with your aesthetic and priorities. Throughout the process, you’ll enjoy a collaborative approach—your voice and vision are at the center of every decision.

When your wedding weekend arrives, our team oversees the complete production. We manage vendors, direct installations, style every detail, and guide the flow of the day with a lead and assistant planner on-site. Your only job is to be fully present while we execute your celebration seamlessly.

This service is designed for the couple who have done all of the planning independently but still need help finalizing the details, such as, making your detailed timelines, creating extensive floor plans, reviewing the decor vision and placement details plus coordinating the wedding day logistics. I am here to make sure the day runs smoothly, on-time and hype you up - cause it’s the best day ever! This service starts three months prior to your wedding date.
